C. Mitchell Cox leads Turnbridge’s origination efforts, and also serves on the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Mr. Cox advised, invested in, and served on the Board of Fiberspar Corporation, the leading provider of fiber-reinforced spoolable pipe to the oil and gas industry, and also co-founded and continues to serve on the board of Abrado International, an independent provider of completion assurance services to the global oil and natural gas industry. Formerly, Mr. Cox was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, where he served as Co-Head of North American Energy Investment Banking and held global responsibility for coverage of the oilfield service industry. From 1992 to 2000, Mr. Cox was with DLJ, where he focused on advisory, investment banking, and principal investing in the energy sector. From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Cox worked for ARCO International Oil & Gas Company in a variety of domestic and international assignments that included engineering, operational, and commercial responsibility. Currently, Mr. Cox serves as Chairman of DeBusk Services Group and as a Director on the Boards of Aereon Industries and Pipe Pros.
Mr. Cox holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Masters of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Bud Giesinger is the former Managing Partner in KPMG’s Houston office. He has extensive experience serving privately held, entrepreneurial companies, as well as publicly traded corporations. He has advised a number of clients as they prepared for their initial public offering or undertook a private placement offering. In addition, Mr. Giesinger serves several large multinational entities in a variety of industries.
Mr. Giesinger is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Giesinger has lectured and led seminars on various topics dealing with financial auditing and financial reporting.
Mr. Giesinger received his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and has served as a member of the Accounting Department Advisory Board at that institution. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Newfield Exploration Company, GeoSpace Technologies, Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, Inc., and the National Association of Corporate Directors Texas TriCities Chapter.
Carin Barth is co-founder and President of LB Capital Inc., a private equity investment firm established in 1988. She currently serves as a director of Group 1 Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: GPI), Enterprise Holdings LLC, the General Partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD), and Black Stone Minerals, L.P., where she is Chair of the Audit Committee (NYSE: BSM). Additionally, Ms. Barth is Chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee for the Endowment at Texas Tech University, a Trustee of The Welch Foundation, and a board member of the Ronald McDonald House of Houston. Ms. Barth previously served as a Commissioner of the Texas Department of Public Safety from 2008-2014, a director of the Texas Public Finance Authority from 2006-2008, and as a member of the Texas Tech University System Board of Regents from 1999-2005. She has previously served on the following boards: Bill Barrett Corporation (NYSE: BBG) from 2012-2016; Western Refining, Inc. (NYSE: WNR) from 2006-2016, where she also Chaired the Audit Committee; Methodist Hospital Research Institute from 2007-2012; Encore Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBTX) from 2009-2012; and Amegy Bancorporation, Inc. (NASDAQ: ABNK) from 2006-2009. Ms. Barth was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from 2004-2005. She received a B.S. from the University of Alabama, summa cum laude, and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
Mike McMahon is on the Supervisory Board Of Frank’s International and chairs the Frank’s Audit Committee. He is a founder and former partner of Pine Brook Partners LLC, a private equity firm, established in July 2006. Prior thereto, he served as Executive Director of Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation from January 2003 to July 2006. He was also a founder and partner of RockPort Capital Partners, a venture capital firm, from 2000 to 2003. Mr. McMahon has served on the board of directors of several public companies, including Bancorp Rhode Island, a publicly held banking and investments company, from 2006 until 2012 as well as serving on its Compensation Committee and Governance and Nominating Committee, Transocean Ltd., an offshore drilling company, from 2005 until 2007 as well as its Audit Committee, and Spinnaker Exploration Inc, an oil and gas exploration and production company, from 1999 to 2005 as well as serving as Chairman of its Audit Committee. He has also served on the board of directors for The Marine Drilling Companies Inc., an offshore drilling services company, TPC Corporation, a natural gas storage company, Numar Corporation, a company specializing in well logging technology used in oil and gas wells, and Triton Energy, an oil and gas exploration and production company. Mr. McMahon holds an A.B. in American Civilization from Brown University and was a member of the Program for Management Development (PMD 33) at Harvard Business School.
A. Kelly Williams is currently serving as Managing Director of Aztec USA, a leading tent and party rental company, based in Houston, TX. Prior to Aztec, Mr. Williams was President and founder of Milestone Equity. He was responsible for developing the fundamental investment criteria and implementing the business plan by sourcing qualified acquisition candidates, evaluating targets, negotiating and closing purchases of portfolio companies, and being integrally involved in developing and implementing the portfolio companies’ growth strategies. Mr. Williams actively participated in each portfolio transaction and post-acquisition monitoring for Milestone. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of each of the Milestone portfolio companies.
Mr. Williams holds an Accounting and Finance degree from Texas A&M University, a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law and a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M. Taxation) from New York University.
Mr. Williams lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and five children. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Mr. Williams is a very active outdoorsman who enjoys snow skiing, running, biking and golfing.
Mr. Bruce is Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of EagleRidge Energy, a Dallas-based Oil & gas producer focused in the Barnett Shale. It boast several sophisticated Investors such as Starwood Capital, Equity Group Investment, Leucadia National (Jefferies Capital Partners) and lead lender Wells Fargo.
Mr. Bruce is a solutions-oriented individual experienced in working with complex and diversified Fortune 500 companies. As a seasoned senior financial and audit executive, Mr. Bruce brings with him over 25 years of a broad range of experiences within the energy, government and other sectors. He has been the Chief Audit Executive for several Fortune 500 companies. He has also directed strategy for industry groups related to oil and gas, energy, healthcare & government, manufacturing, construction, and other industrial services while at PWC. Previously, Mr. Bruce served as Director and Practice Leader in the Internal Controls division of Jefferson Wells, VP and General Auditor for Lyondell Chemical Company, VP of Corporate Compliance and Internal Audit at Dynegy, Inc. and as Director of Strategic Risk Services at PWC.
Mr. Bruce holds his CPA license from the State of Texas and received his B.S. in Business Administration from Morgan State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
