Award Guidelines
ACG Houston is recognizing deals with the following parameters:
| Closing: | Deals closing between January 1, 2019 – December 31, 2019 (Due to the shift in timing from last year, we are also including the deal closing dates of October 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018 for this year only) |
| Region: | Transactions should have a reasonable relationship to the Greater Houston area (Katy, Woodlands, Kingwood, etc.) – e.g. where the buyer, seller, PE sponsor, company division or assets are located |
