Frances Powell Hawes

Frances Powell Hawes serves as Independent Director for Vital Energy, Inc. and Archrock, Inc. and Chairs the Audit Committee for each. She also served as Independent Director for Energen Corporation, PGT Innovations and Express Energy Services. She held the CFO position for NCI Building Systems and Grant Prideco and other private companies. During her tenure as Vice-President of Accounting for Weatherford International she lead the 100% spinoff of Grant Prideco from Weatherford. In each role, she contributed to developing strategies utilizing M&A to capture market sector growth and divestitures to manage leverage and repositioning during volatile times.
